What a night! A leadership opportunity for our MRP PlayerMentors.
The Wallaby legends and MRP ambassadors Nathan Sharpe and Tim Horan AM spent the evening mentoring our mentors on and off the field… while jealous parents watched on reminiscing about the good old days.
Our MRP ambassadors gave insightful tips and examples to our future leaders.
We started the evening off with a Q&A where some of the lucky PlayerMentors had the opportunity to ask a leadership question. This was followed by an hour on field participating in training drills, led by Nathan and Tim.
This evening’s focus was about not only the PlayerMentor own rugby skills, but about their current leadership role, and how to transfer their experiences from current reality to their future potential.
