Game day for the first interclub match for our MRP teams! This was the first taste our teams had of playing a home and away match. With consistency being key for our MRP players, it was exciting to watch everyone step out of their comfort zone, and play in a new environment against unfamiliar faces.
I think the coaches were more competitive than their teams…just like most junior rugby – all in good fun!
It was great to see the community rally together in support of each team achieving their best outcomes. A great morning was had by all and we can’t wait for the carnival!
